Versa Stopped Working During Swim

I’ve had my Versa for a year and a half and wore it in the pool

all last summer with no issues. Several days ago it turned off while swimming. When pushing the left button the screen would sometimes come back on but wouldn’t show my BPM. Within the hour it was dead (knowing it should have a full charge). I read some posts and did all they said. Tried to restart it 6 times, put it in rice for 72 hours, cleaned sensors with alcohol. I thought it worked—yesterday I charged it up and put it on for night time. This morning I woke up to it with 0% battery. 

Anyone know what I can do to save it?

Hi @AmyBallantyne - I moved your post to the Fitbit Produce Help Versa forum where you may get more answers. But since you have done a good job of researching and troubleshooting, you may want to try contacting Support.
