My Fitbit is stuck in game mode.  Hard reset with three buttons does not work and can not turn off and on

If you have 3 buttons, you must have an Ionic.  I don't remember the Ionic button control well, but did you try pressing just the left side button, perhaps a few times?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yeah nothing happens when you click on the left button. Nothing happens when you hold left and bottom right either
