My Versa's touchscreen has been getting worse over time, and now it rarely functions at all. Today I was completely unable to turn off my alarm because tapping the checkbox to acknowledge my alarm wasn't possible.
I tried a factory reset a few days ago but the issues have persisted. What can I do?

I'm having the same issues. Were you able to fix yours? Please let me know what you ended up doing, its frustrating not seeing a response at possible fixes. I tried shutting mine down, changing clock faces and still doesn't work. I can't shut it down in settings cause I can't even get my screen to move out of clock mode.

Was there a fix? Mine has stopped working too, it’s only 4 months old

Not that I've seen. No one is responding with a fix. Mine is only 2 months old 😞
