Versa Wallet/Fitbit Pay is missing from options

Fitbit Wallet is not showing up in my dashboard on my iPhone. Have uninstalled an reinstalled Fitbit app, but still is not available.

Are you sure your Versa has the NFC chip to permit FitBit Pay?  In the US only the SE watches have it.  Other countries (but not all), it was included in all watches.  Check the back of your Versa for the super small type and see if FitBit Pay is listed in the oval around the sensors.

@Daisyh119 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Like @kcronin said in the US/Canada/North American market the standard version of the Versa doesn't include the NFC (Near Field Communications) chip that is required for payments. You will need the Versa special edition to have this option. If you do have the Special Edition could you share more information about the issue? Which Fitbit app version do you have? Have you updated it? If your iPhone up to date? Which iPhone do you have?
