my Versa and App are doing strange things. Can’t connect to anybody’s WiFi, , steps or sleep don’t show on app. My versa doesn’t vibrate when a call comes in. What’s happening?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome on board! I've gone ahead and moved your post to this thread to keep the Forums organized.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa and Fitbit app behavior. Regarding the WiFi issues, let me share that there are some factors that may prevent your watch from connecting to your network. For example, if the network is public instead of private, if your device isn't closer enough or if it's not plugged into the charging cradle. If that doesn't apply to you, I'd suggest the following steps:
1. Go to the Bluetooth settings in your phone and remove the Versa from that list.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone and from any other device nearby.
3. Force quit the Fitbit app by swiping up the app in your iPhone.
5. Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone and open the Fitbit app.
6. Sync your watch, then tap on the circle icon at the left right corner.
7. Tap on the Versa, then on WiFi settings and try connecting to your home WiFi.
This process should help to get your information displayed correctly in the Fitbit app and feel the vibration when receiving a call notification. If the information is still not showing up, please take a screenshot of that page and attach it to your reply with the steps posted here.
I'll be around, so keep me posted.
