Versa Will not restart after Factory Reset

Hi there 😊

 

Last week I was unable to get my Versa to sync via Bluetooth with my IPhone. After trying all the troubleshooting steps and still having no luck, I decided (as a last resort) to do a factory reset on my Versa. Since then, my versa has not turned on and is only flashing the Fitbit logo on the screen. 

 

Has as anyone had a similar experience and been able to fix it? I’ve emailed Fitbit but am still waiting on a response 😊

Look below clock on Fitbits warranty. Amazon is an authorized dealer. 

You might have purchased am extended warranty through Amazon, but these usually start only after the manufacturers warranty ends.

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same issue screen is black does not respond to anything i have tried after the reset. Very frustrating! I do not have a warranty.

You can contact fitbit. They have a manufacturer warranty. I have had to replace mine 4 times.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

You have a manufacture warranty. Contact fitbit and they can send you a new one. I have had to replace mone 4 times already. Getting tired of it.

I'm not sure they would cover it because it was a gift bought off of
poshmark so i am not the original buyer. I have tried everything accept
contacting them. I saw another post where the woman had the same issues and
all they offered was a discount on another purchase. I'm super dissapointed
as i've only used it once and then started having issues with it so now i'm
wishing i had just kept my alta.

They just want your email address associated with the watch. Then they will run through steps to try and solve it. If they cant they will offer you a new replacement or something else. I contact them through fitbit.com through the live chat thing.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I tried everything else suggested in the manual before I did a factory reset.  I have the versa lite with only 1 button on the left.  I guess I will have to call support.

I'm having the same issue. It's saying Tracker need updating but it will not update its just showing the Fitbit logo flashing

I ended up selling mine because fitbit was absolutely no help 🙃 So i
bought a charge 3.
