Versa activity is not tracking

My activity is not tracking.what is going on it hasn’t been able to since the 21.

Have you tried restarting the Versa several times? That usually gets them tracking again.

@Heidi849 what type of activity are we referring to, and which mode are you using to track.

It syncs active minutes and everything else but no activity I have done everything to get it to work

By activity @Heidi849 are you referring to step counting throughout the day or a dedicated activity like walking? Please let us Kno what type of activity so that we may be able to help.

Thank you @Heidi849 are you depending on the auto detect function? IE simply start working out without telling your tracker what your doing? Only some typeS of exercises this will work with.

Or do you manually start the exercise using the multisport mode on Versa?

I think your saying that you let Fitbit decide what you are doing and not useing one of the modes that require the user to pick from a list of activities on the tracker. Is this correct?

If so was the exercise at least done for the minimal required time? Without any leangth pauses?

Yes just want this issue fixed it worked up until the 21 of December so what ever happened after that I don’t know

I think your best step would be to contact Fitbit, you will find the link in the top right menu.

I would like to help but I'm not getting enough detail to work with.
