My Versa suddenly started adding crazy high floor counts on Tuesday pm and hasn't stopped since. At first I thought it might be the weather since I had a similar thing happen in the spring during a crazy wind storm when I still had my Charge 2, but it went back to normal the next day.
So far I have tried restarting it a few times, I changed the band back to the default because I had changed the band a few days before this all started. No idea what to try next. It was fine and then it just started adding floors every day.

It's great to see you around @chelseabelle.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Your watch may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons.
Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. I recommend that you wear your device loosely during exercise.
I hope this helps, catch you later. ![]()
