Versa alarm fail

My 6:30am everyday alarm did not go off this morning.This is the 2nd time this has happened and I’ve had the versa less than a month. I wake at this time to take my basal body temp and it’s important that I take it at the same time every day. 

I’ve just set an alarm and tested it and it worked fine. Any advice appreciated ☺️

Hi @lea_b_moore, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the alarm you have set on your Versa didn't go off. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if your alarm is set up properly and see if it goes off the next time.
