Versa and App showing different step count

My app says that my Versa is synced yet my Versa is showing a lot more steps then my app. I have an iPhone X. I have turned off Bluetooth, disconnected the Versa and re-paired it and nothing is working! Help!

@JenPM welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the issue that you are experiencing with the Fitbit app since it's not showing all the steps that your Versa watch tracked. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, monitor your app and see if it shows the same amount that your Versa tracked.
