Versa and S20 Phone

My Versa doesn't seem to be "talking" to my S20 Samsung phone.  From what I can research this is not a compatible phone. I have enjoyed my Fitbit for many years and would like to enjoy it for many more. Will  Fitbit keep up with the changing of techology?

@JTMiller Unfortunately, it is known issue. There's a request on the Feature Suggestions forum, you can vote for it. You can try uninstalling and re-installing fitbit app and rebooting both devices to see if this helps. Also, please make sure that fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android and the background activity is enabled (go to Settings on your phone>Apps>Fitbit>Battery). Sorry I could not be more helpful. It is pretty new phone, but I am sure it will get added to the supported devices sooner or later.
