Versa and not getting notifications

I hope someone can help. 

I'm not getting notifications after a certain time I wanna say between 5-6pm. All day its worked and I got my emails and what's app messages I've come home and they not coming through. This happened last night so I did factory rest, I'm sync'd all day I've unpaired and repaired so I was like yayy when I woke up this morning to be fixed and now it's doing it again. Any help and advice much appreciated 🙂

Hey! Mine has been doing this the last few days on and off. I've done the trouble shooting over and over and my notifications have completely stopped now.

I've spoken to fitbit 3 times and they said it's an ongoing issue with the notifications at the moment, apparently there's a bug or something and all they could tell me was that they were working to fix the problem ASAP!!

It's fine in day time it's come 5pm ish they stop. How bizarre 😔

What type of phone and have you checked your quiet time on the phone. 

 

@Fayell82 you say that you have un-paired this is a good step if the tracker is not syncing. 

However it is impossible for a user to Re-pair.

Not sending me no notifications anymore. How can I fix this. I brought this watch for one reason as I can't have my phone on me all time. Yes it's within distance to pick up notifications 😔

@Fayell82 your Versa does not send notifications. Notifications are sent by the Fitbit app on your unknown phone with its unknown version of some type of unknown operating system. 

If you would like help with your phone issues, we need to know a little more about your phone.

Its a Huawei p30 pro. It used to work so why stop now???

That's why! I've got the Huawei p30 pro and just updated too. When I spoke to customer services they said they're having multiple problems with notifications since the new updates!

Thank you for answering that. If I'd known I wouldn't of updated my phone haha. They need to hurry up and fix this

That's what mine has been doing. They suddenly started coming through again and then it stopped and when I go on the notifications bit on my app it's saying notifications not working. They said they're trying to do it quickly but I'm still on their back about it 😂😂. If you go on the live chat and tell them they mark your account as one of the affected and keep track of it

I have had all kind of trouble  since they updated.  Now I cant get my notification and my ring doorbell.  They have been saying that they are working on it for weeks now.  As much as we pay for they watch you think they would work
