Versa apps syncing issues

I'm trying to complete the syncing of several apps. I'm not sure if they're updating or just syncing in general, but I cannot stop the process of any of them. I'd like to sync my music and add my Starbucks card but I'm not sure how to stop it.

Hi @asomner  have you tried turning bluetooth off and restarting the phone? It's usually best to just update one app at a time so that each one completes. Try and let us know.

Hi @asomner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the issue that your Versa is experiencing when trying to sync the apps installed.

 

In addition to the information that shared my friend @Odyssey13, you can also restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the apps sync properly.
