I bought my Versa in 11/18. The back button never worked easily and now doesn't work at all. I have tried gently cleaning around the button, etc. I cannot even restart the Versa because the button won't work. Please advise.

Hi @Ringersuz try doing a factory reset if you can navigate there (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About) if the problems continue please come back here

This happens to me all the time now. Screen unresponsive to swipes, buttons don't work so unable to restart or factory reset. I've unlinked and relinked thru the app still stuck on settings screen. Very frustrated. Keep getting same fix suggestions but if buttons don't work you can follow these instructions!
