Versa back button not working after latest update

I updated my versa and my screen is stuck on the press left button screen. I tried cleaning button with canned air and looked at button under microscope and nothing stuck in button. Please help.

@EcoDeb, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since your Versa's left button is still unable to work even though you have cleaned it with canned air, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

I have the exact same problem. I´ve just opened a support case after trying my own troubleshooting cleaning the button.

I'll keep notice of further developments.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
