My Versa has been working great until recently. The left side button is not working when I press it. I have to keep pressing it to actually work. this problem just started a few days ago. Is there any troubleshootingI can try for this devise?

Yes, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this. If you keep having problems with your watch's button, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
