Versa band suddenly snapped

I got my versa in September last year as a birthday present to myself. I noticed a few days ago that the band was ripped halfway across on one side and cracked on the other. Tonight it ripped completely through.

 

I’m a little bit frustrated at how suddenly it happened but grateful I was in bed and didn’t lose it. Also it’s not even a year old. Previously I had a flex 2 and the band on that lasted the 3 years I had it. 

 

I don’t know if there is much I can do about it but I just wanted to voice my disappointment.

Or check amazon, for around 10USD they have these popular metal bands with a magnetic clasp
