Versa's left side button not working

I’ve had my Versa since last July. I use it everyday for steps and have never gotten it wet. I’ve neber dropped it or had any damage done to it. My button stopped working a few days ago and nothing is fixing it.

Hi Alvarez, same issue with my Versa left button not working even after trying canned air and a toothpick. How do I contact customer support?

The side button on my Fitbit Versa 2 is not working, I haven’t had it in water or got it wet so I am very unaware as to why it has suddenly stopped working, what can I do about this or how can I fix it?

My button stopped working as well. I bought mine at the bookstore in school. Its less than 4 months old.

i too had my versa from december month suddenly my side button in versa 2 is not working for past few days and i am not able to troubleshoot it too.please do help me out.

I have had my Versa 2 sine May 2, 2020 and my side button has stopped working. I bought it from Kohl’s. I have not dropped it or got it wet and can’t troubleshoot it either! Please help!

Told me warranty was expired and nothing I could do.

Mine did the same thing.  Its stuck on the wallet screen.
