I’ve had my Versa since last July. I use it everyday for steps and have never gotten it wet. I’ve neber dropped it or had any damage done to it. My button stopped working a few days ago and nothing is fixing it.

My button stopped working as well. I bought mine at the bookstore in school. Its less than 4 months old.

Best AnswerI have had my Versa 2 sine May 2, 2020 and my side button has stopped working. I bought it from Kohl’s. I have not dropped it or got it wet and can’t troubleshoot it either! Please help!
