Hi,

recently I have been having problems with my Versa while charging it’s battery. The screen is constantly flickering between the charging screen, and the homescreen. Normally the screen should turn black while charging, but it doesn’t. Is there a solution to this problem, or is this a known issue to be resolved with a next update?

Regarding the battery and screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly.
