Hi I had a Fitbit for Xmas last year and it died you sent me a refurbished one as a replacement but it’s not working properly I charged it last night but it keeps coming up that it needs charging another thing it does not display to my iPhone no steps no sleep or heart rate sometimes if I turn my phone off and back on again it might catch up now today I have no steps or had any sleep tried resetting it but nothing not happy.

After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
