Versa battery and syncing issues

Hi I had a Fitbit for Xmas last year and it died you sent me a refurbished one as a replacement but it’s not working properly I charged it last night but it keeps coming up that it needs charging  another thing it does not display to my iPhone no steps no sleep or heart rate sometimes if I turn my phone off and back on again it might catch up now today I have no steps or had any sleep  tried resetting it but nothing not happy.

Hi my partners fit bit versa is displaying the wrong time if I sync it to the laptop and put time right with in 2-3 hrs it’s upto an hour slow put it right and by the next day it 34 hrs slow and the date shows the day before
