Versa battery draining and steps tracking issues

So now in addition to my battery draining and not correctly tracking my steps, what steps I do get goes away! Yesterday I suddenly went from 5,500 to 3,000. Today it took 2,000 away! I’ve had nothing but trouble since I updated the firmware  I’ve only had the versa 2 since October and shouldn’t be having these issues!

Hi @KellyCurley, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is losing steps and the battery drains fast. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email in regards these issues. Since the problems persist, please reply to the last email they sent and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
