Versa battery draining and syncing issues

I have had my versa lite for some time now recently the battery life discharges far quicker than normal.   It used to last at least 6 days without charge now it maybe lasts 2 days.   I have switched off all notifications. 

 

Also recently when I need to sync my fitbit with the app I have to restart my fitbit as the app cannot find the device.  

 

Any suggestions?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since the battery drains fast and you need to restart it constantly in order to sync it. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

After this, follow the troubleshooting steps included in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
