Versa is not registering my exercises

Since doing the latest update - my versa is not registering any of my workouts. When I enter them manually it takes away steps and calories burned. I have shutdown and restarted the versa - with no changes

this also happened with the last update.

Hi @RJEns, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not registering your exercises. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how to track your workouts with your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
