Versa battery draining fast

My versa is only lasting less than a day. This isn't right is it only had it about 5 months.

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

My battery won't last the day. Definitely not right.

Well, now it's time to contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Mention to them specifically that you already tried the restart procedure to try and solve the problem.
