I have read numerous other posts about this issue. My Versa is 9-months old, and is an amazing device. I actually prefer it over the Apple Watch as an overall fitness tracker. When new, I got 4-days of battery life as advertised. I am now getting 2-days after an over-night charge, and that's after incorporating the energy saving tips. Disappointing! Fitbit - please help! Thank you! ~Bob

I have had my Versa just over a year now and lately it is not holding a charge. I have loved my device up to this point. Now I have to to charge it almost every day. I hate knowing the money I spent on this device and it's already worn out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would like to get some more life out this one.

This exact thing is happening to me as well. Every post I’ve seen with this problem fitbit has responded and said they would get back to the user. I don’t want to have to make a new post. Who do I contact to resolve this issue?
