Hello. I have a versa. The problem is this is a replacement watch and im having the same problem with my battery as i was with my orignal one. Its Just over a year old and my battery just about lasts for 8 hours. Due to having this problem before. I only use my watch to count steps and tell the time to prevent my battery from draining and i have made sure i have the latest version downloaded. Is there anything i can do, im sure the watches are meant to last longer than one year each time. Thank you x

Hi there @Sian_Maddax, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post, we acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
As you may know, your Versa battery should last up to 4 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or animated clock faces. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
I'm looking forward to your response.

Thank you for your quick reply
Everything on the watch is basic..
No notifications and spotify and the original clock face. Only use it to tell the time and count my steps. So unsure what to do.
Its come to the point where i havent worn it for a few days as by 7pm it has died and will need charging x
