Versa battery draining too fast

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Before I did the recent firmware update the battery in my Versa would last 4 - 5 days. Ever since the update it only last 2 days. I have turned off anything that would use up battery and it is still dying out fast. Help please

Hi, which Clock Face are you using? One of Fitbit itself or a Third Party one. If the last, please send me the name of it. Some of them can cause a diversity of problems, battery drainage is one of them.

I am using a Fitbit face. I had read that the other ones can drain the battery too fast.
Thank you,

Hi, that should not be the problem of draining your battery after the update. First of all I would advice you to reboot your Versa twice by pressing and holding the right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not do the trick see How to control  your battery's life . Good luck.

Same thing here.  Since the update, battery is alive for 8 hours max.

I did the reboot and turned off things. The last charge lasted less than 48 hours. I used to get 4 - 5 days before the last update.

Hi, I would advice you to call Customer Support, cause 48 hours is too short for a watch of which it is stated to last 4+ days. Mine lasts 6 days on one charge, but I'm using a clock face of only 12 kB and do not have music on it. Good luck!
