Versa 2 battery drains in 2 hours, loses charge overnight. I was at a 100% at 11am by 1pm it was at 11%. Charged again to 100% at 1:10pm and by 3pm was back dow to 37%.
No longer records heart rate either. I’ve cleaned the charger and the connectors, checked the power outlets and nothing has worked.

@Mishelle72 - you can try rice but if the damage has been done it may work though battery life or other functions may be poor.

Hi @Mishelle72 - first try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and it restarts.
But in all probability from the symptoms the watch has developed a fault, probably from accumulating water in it.

Hi there, @Mishelle72. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!
Keep in mind that your Versa was designed to last 6+ days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your watch. Said that, I recommend charging your Fitbit watch with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above suggestion, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. Additionally, please make sure that your Versa is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
In addition to the steps you've done to fix the heart rate, please try the following:

Thank you!
Any suggestions on how to fix the issue if it is water related? Would the rice trick work as it does with iPhones?
