Versa battery issues

My Versa 2 (replaced by Fitbit 11/2019) is now taking 24 hours to charge. The charge lasts for about 3 days before I have to recharge. When it was new the charge would complete in a couple of hours. Is this an issue with the Versa 2?

Regarding the battery issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and help you accordingly.
