This is now my second Fitbit the 1st one was the charge hr and it did the exact same thing. Now I have the Versa and it stopped charging and now I have a black screen, I tried all the suggestions and nothing.

Regarding the charging and black screen issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone.I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
