I have a Versa and a few days ago the battery started turning against me. I have stopped sync, anything running in the background that is unnecessary and finally did a factory reboot. Nada!?! So the problem is I I charge the watch to 100% and within 1-2 hours it's already in the 70 percentages. That's without me even using it for workouts, stopwatch etc. The charge will last me for 8-10 hours and frankly that is too inconvenient especially if I cant use any of the functions within that. Any tips? How do I fix this? And if the battery is kapoot, where can I replace it ?! Thanks

Hi @Beckieboo, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa Lite was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Let me know if further assistance is needed.
