Fitbit Versa is losing time (!) and won't stay connected to Bluetooth. This is maddening.
One morning it had lost 14 minutes.
Pre-Covid I used to use my phone during treadmill workouts and my Fitbit would update steps in real time. I've noticed that it is no longer doing that.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. A watch like this shouldn't lose time. Nor should it be so difficult to keep connected.

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa it should display the correct time.
Since you're having some connection difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
