Versa battery life issue

Hi, 

My versa is saying it is 100% charged whilst in the holder and I can scroll between the screens as normal. However, when I remove the device it says 0% charged before going blank. It does not allow me to perform a hard reset so I have tried a factory reset whilst in the charger. This shows a rest has taken place whilst in the charger but I have the same results as before when it is removed.

Thanks for bringing this battery charging issue to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
