My wife has had a Versa for three years. When she first got it the battery life was 4-5 days and now it is less than 2 days. Is this normal?
Can the batteries be replaced?
Where do we send it or go to get it replaced?
I appreciate the help.

What us consumers don’t realize is these are classified as disposable items. There are YouTube videos that will instruct you how to change a battery. But the battery costs the same as a refurbished Versa, and the average person will fail in the replacement.
After three years, you best bet is to toss this in a trash bin. You will of course find many scammers repacking them to look new and reselling.
