My Versa has not been able to connect to my wifi for months now. I've tried calling technical support and after an hour on the phone they were still useless and nothing worked. I saw where it was suggested to go to my bluetooth settings and forget my device and then try some other things. Did that, nothing worked, and now my phone doesnt even see my versa as a device when I go to turn bluetooth back on. Help! Does anyone have any suggestions??

Bluetooth and WiFi are completely different unrelated connections @SunsetRunner
Before a Fitbit tracker is able to connect to WiFi the WiFi needs to be turned on and this requires the tracker to be in its cradle and charging.
Next we will want to check if the homes WiFi is compatible.
Then it would be helpful, for us to know at what step the setup process fails and if there are any error messages.
Let's look below and tap on fitbit's searchable interactive Helpsite. Here are two articles that may help.
