I've had my Versa for a few weeks now, in fact it was a birthday present. Yesterday, I put it on charge and charged it to 100% as I have every other time the battery has been low. I then took it off charge around 1pm and went about the rest of my day. This morning I woke up and my Versa was completely dead! So much for 4 day battery life ... can someone explain this please or let me know how to fix it otherwise I shall be returning?

Try restarting your tracker several times and see if that improves it. If it doesnt you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )

Mine lasts for less than 48 hours. I have done 6 resets in total . I restarted it countless times . I have all syncs and notifications off from the time I first purchased it. I don't use it for music or payments. The backlight is set to dim from the beginning. I have the tips and the screen wake function off from the very beginning. I have done all possible things mentioned on the forum to save battery life from the very first time I started using it . I am on the stock clockface since i started wearing it. It's mostly a faulty batch of versa and if you go through the forum you can see many people facing problems with the battery life. I have contacted support. Since I purchased mine from overseas (singapore airport ) and there is no store here where I can go and get it replaced . So if you have bought it locally I would highly recommend to get it replaced . You can do all the restarts and the resets and eventually you will get frustrated!

You are going to have to return it.

I attempted this the day before last due to my versa not syncing so I don't feel this would help
