first I thought the versa was just completely dead so I started charging it and left it for up to 5 hours and it never did anything And like when I held the button not even like the 0% battery that usually pops up didn't pop up And then so I looked on the help forum and saw that I should hold all the buttons and I held that and then finally a 0% started popping up And now I was trying to charge it again and it won't work and I tried to press the cradles in and make sure it's fully cradled and that's not working already contacted help support about the black screen issue and they just give me 25% off but I think it's something more than that on the chargers work fine in the same USB port and everything and I'm trying to contact help support again but they won't answer like if the page says there's an error when I click contact support so and I'm not sure what to do now I can anyone help me

I'm sorry about the charging issues that your Versa experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
I totally understand how you feel about this since this helps us to keep improving.
