Versa won't charge

My Versa won't charge. I know it isn't my sources as my phone will charge using the same one. Recently did an update that was available.  Any ideas?

I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not taking a charge.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
