Versa battery not charging

When versa watch is connected to charger it is showing immediately 100%charge and when disconnected it is showing immediately  0% or it is getting discharged to 0% within minutes and power goes off. No matter how long connected to charger the same is happening. Not able to use the watch

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

It is still the same sir. Same problem is persisting. When connected to charger it is showing 100% and shuts down automatically and when disconnected it is showing 0%. We have done restart and factory reset also updating via Fitbit app

Is there any service Centre in India or is there any possibility we can contact Fitbit authorities. This is very bad service by Fitbit
