I have checked several other topics, but haven't find exactly my Versa problem.
My versa is two years old and have been working fine until now. This weekend, all of the sudden it turned dead during the night and didn't respond at all. When I put it on the charger it waked up after a minute and showed that the battery was about 70 % charged and when I put it on my wrist it worked as it should again. It has now happened three more times in the last days, so it is not reliable any longer. Can this problem be solved?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that the battery of your Versa is malfunctioning. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
