Versa black screen issue

Dear Fitbit,

I got 2 fitbit versa smart watches last august. I loved the experience that had with the watch which worked flawlessly and i had no issues with it until last Tuesday. I kept 2 alarms on the watch to wake me up on the next morning but it didn't work. Then when i tried to use the watch it didn't show anything on the screen but kept giving certain vibrations and it seems that the sensors on the back worked as well. After some time i put it to charge and it seemed to heat much more than earlier and also it has tracked my step, heart beat, etc... while it acted awkward manner. I then tried to hard reset as it was mentioned on the community( using the three buttons),now my phone identifies the device to set it up but i cannot set it up because i cannot see the 4 digits to verify. Due to this problem i cannot install the new update as well. Now at the moment it shows a gray display which keeps flickering for about 5 seconds and goes black again. I always loved the experience I had with my watch but im very sad as fitbit always had a great reputation in the smart watch platform due to this problem.
Please be kind enough to give me a solution.
