Hi, did you also try to restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row to solve the problem. If no, please give it a try. If it does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support about this issue.

Does your Versa screen turn on when you put it in the charging cable? Have you left it charging for 2-3 hours? If these details are already covered, let me know and I'll be happy to assist you accordingly.
