Versa - black screen

My Fitbit versa worked all day yesterday and I looked at it before I went to bed and the screen was black, I can hold the reset button down and it vibrates as if it’s restarted but the screen stays black. 

it’s really warm as well, I’ve had it on charge but I can’t get the screen on. 

Any ideas ???
