My screen is black with a few vertical lines showing up now and then. After I reset the screen will work for a few minutes then slowly start to fade, vertical lines return, then it goes black again. I have tried to change the face, with no improvement. I have reset my phone app. I have ensured a full charge.

Mine was doing the same, and now it will not do anything at all...just a black screen!
