Versa - black screen

HELP!! My screens gone black... sometimes I can see very slightly the watch ... battery seems to still be charging . I’ve tried restarting several times ... nothings working - I’ve messaged customer support - still no reply. Frustrated is the word! Is there any way my versa can get fixed?? Please any help gratefully recieved

Thank you for the information about he screen being completely black and confirming that you already tried to restart your watch. I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, so you should be getting a reply soon.
