Versa black screen

I woke up to my versa screen being black. No buttons turn it on. Factory reset did nothing. Holding down all 3 buttons for several minutes did nothing. When I put it on the charger, nothing. After charging for over an hour, I tried all of the above again. Nothing. I’ve read through the forums and saw no other suggestions. 3 other people posted today with the same issue. Also interesting coincidence- I got this versa 1 year and 3 days ago, according to the forum post I posted last year because I got a faulty one. I purchased the versa because the blaze I had prior also died.

Regarding the charging and screen issues that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.

This exact same thing happened to me, and I received mine as a birthday present a little over a year ago (i.e. just out of warranty). Tried everything you mentioned below, although my iPhone app does show it as fully charged and connected--just can't get anything to show on the screen. Did you get any response?

Same thing happened to me yesterday, the 21st... I tried the same things you did and got nothing... The same thing happened to me about 6 months ago.. I took that one back to Costco (you have to have all of the accessories included) and got a new one... I love the Fitbit.. when it's working...
