My versa (less than 7 months old) randomly switches between apps, constantly throughout the day. It is basically useless bc the battery drains so fast due to it always shuffling bt apps. Also it will not let me click on apps like my alarms. Help!

Since your Fitbit Versa switches between apps randomly, I'd like you to try some troubleshooting steps. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have the same issues along with HR function not reading or all over the place. The agent told me to restart again which I have been doing. I replaced the clock face to a Fitbit one. Still not working

I have restarted my Versace 4 times and changed my clock face twice. It is still switching between apps randomly and rapidly.

I was advised by customer service to get a new Fitbit because my warranty has expired. They did give me a discount but I’m still very upset. Apparently this is happening to a lot of people. They need to fix the Versa before they put any more on the market.
