Hey Guys,
So like everyone else, my Fitbit decides to stop working; first the battery started draining very quickly, held a charge for maybe a couple hours. I'd charge it 100%. Then it dies. And now the screen is black and nothing appears when I place it on the charger. I've done the hard reset; 3 second hold, 3 minute holds. Nothing appears. I contacted the support team, they walked me through the same resetting steps...still nothing. But they did offer me 2 discount codes so I can invest in another product that could possibly crap out on me. So let's just say. FAIL.

@soccerchick1129 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the screen and charging issues that you experienced with your Versa. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty.
The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
