Hi there, I hope somebody can help!
Yesterday after I returned from my run I noticed that my screen on my versa was not working, so I thought the battery must be dead, but when I plugged it in to charge nothing appeared on the screen. When I open the Fitbit app on my phone it shows that my versa has battery and it still counts my steps, heart rate and sleep fine, just my versa screen is completely blank. I have tried to change my clock face to a Fitbit one already with no joy and I have tried to reset it too but I get nothing! Is there anything else I can try? Thank you 😊
